What does it mean to Ben Quad Deer T-Shirt . have a drinking problem? The answer to that can vary widely, but more and more people are asking this question in pursuit of wellness as the “sober curious” movement grows. According to Holly Whitaker, founder of Tempest, a just-launched online sobriety school and after-care program, “Am I an alcoholic?” isn’t the most helpful inquiry. Noting that 90 percent of people who struggle with alcohol in the U.S. are not clinically addicted, Whitaker says you don’t need to identify as anything in order to choose to stop drinking. “Most of us just assume that we are supposed to make alcohol work in our lives,” says Whitaker. “I think a lot of people are starting to understand that it doesn’t have to.”

Inspired by her own experience with getting sober, Whitaker, a former health-care executive, found that even though her company was supposed to be the solution to a broken system, her personal hurdles were being left out of the equation Ben Quad Deer T-Shirt . “My job was to make sure every single person that walked through our doors could use their insurance card and get the care they needed,” she explains. “But my doctor didn’t know how to treat me and suggested AA, and my insurance card didn’t work on the things I ended up using to heal myself. I needed something that didn’t exist, so I built it.”Tempest’s mission is to be a digital recovery solution for people who don’t identify as addicted or alcoholics, or for those who do and don’t want to use traditional methods of getting sober. It offers an eight-week digital course that promotes a modern outlook on what it means to give up alcohol, and it provides a tailored mix of services built around a person’s individual needs. And while it’s open to everyone, it’s designed with women and minority groups, such as the LGBTQ+ community, in mind. “Besides Women for Sobriety, every single recovery system was created in the image of men, by men, for men,” says Whitaker. “We built Tempest for individuals that have been historically underrepresented or oppressed in our society, and with the assumption that you don’t have male privilege or need to be broken down. We assume you need to be built up.”

Do not order a size up like the other reviews suggest unless you like to swim in your t-shirts. I read a lot of reviews and felt confident that I should order a size up. With every brand I always wear a large but felt it may be tight as previous reviews suggested, was I wrong with that. I ordered an xl And I could fit into it twice. Order your normal size and you’ll be happy. These are nice thick cotton shirts.

I like these shirts. They come in a pair. I use them casually at home or when working outside. They fit me nicely. I’m using X-Large. I’m about 5′ 8 ” with a medium sports build. No problems so far washing them. I wash them in eco-warm or cold water and lightly dry them. If you use hot water and over dry them, you risk shrinking most t-shirts. It has a nice little pocket too. I recommend these shirts. The shirt details say 50% cotton 50% polyester, XL | TG | EG Gildan DryBlend. Made in Central America (Honduras or Nicaragua). I’ll probably buy more.
